We learned about the life cycle of the monarch butterfly. We had caterpillars, chrysalis and butterflies in our classroom. We learned how to tell the difference between male and female butterflies. We hope our butterflies enjoy the warm Mexican winter. We know the butterflies will come back to Canada after the snow melts and the warm weather returns.
