I saw one lone monarch at the park today, heading south and west, from the Chicago area. There was also one cabbage white. I haven't seen many butterflies this week, despite the nice weather. The good news is that neighbors are more open minded to milkweed in their garden plots and we have good supplies in our neighborhood now! : )
