Our Spanish messages were written by the high school Sapnish I classes. The 7th grade science classes decorated the butterflies. We collect several monarch larva in early Septemeber and watched the butterflies form and hatch. We then had a special ceremony in one class and set the free. We have not had a lot of Monarchs this year. One of our writers is a foreign exhcange student from Turkey who plays lots of soccer in Turkey. He especially had fun writing his letter to Mexico.
