We mailed our 16 monarchs today. Our teacher has been watching monarchs the last few days passing through Alabama. Only a few at a time but they are flying overhead southward. She has a few milkweed plants in her yard that has a visitor yesterday but otherwise they are flying in the air slowly in the breeze. We plan to hatch some larvae in the spring when the monarchs return. Thanks for a great program, website and opportunity to share our learning.
