Signs of Fall

Date: 10/17/2008

Number: 1

We saw mostly green leaves, a few yellow, orange and red. There were a few leaves on the ground. We heard a few animals: mourning dove, crows, cardinal, woodpecker and crickets. We saw a spider and web and 2 crows. No yellow jackets were found in the area we ususally see them. Stratus clouds covered the sky. It was sprinkling and 70 degrees F. We saw red berries on the dogwood, purple berries on an unknown tree and red berries on the Strawberry Bush (hearts-a-busting).
