Our grade 3-6 environmental club planted the tulips in our butterfly garden. The temperatures lately have been in high 70s which above normal for this area. It is usually 60 degrees at this time in October. The ground was soft and workable because we had covered it earlier with paper and straw. It rained the night after we planted. We are looking forward to Spring.
