This is a continuation of our Journey North Project in Council Idaho. I am a retired school teacher and wanted to keep records about our weather and the advance of spring in our town. My tulips were planted on a bright sunny fall day. Weather has been crisp.We have had some rain, just enough to make the lawns and the flowers even more colorful. The tulips are 6 inches deep in a flower bed that is not close to any building. It will be a joy to continue this project.
