Our Project Extra students just planted their Journey North Red Emperor Tulips. They were very excited about the entire experience. The students found a great location according to the tulip planting criteria. Each student planted their own tulip and we covered them with chicken wire to keep our bulbs safe from the squirrels! Our Project Extra scientists have been researching tulip bulbs and also want to participate in the experimental plantings! Thank you for this wonderful opportunity!
