Signs of Fall

Date: 10/27/2008

Number: 1

We have gone out to look for signs of Fall two weeks ago and today. Comparitively, more leaves have turned color today, though a lot of leaves are still on the trees, perhaps due to the unusually warm fall season. Many trees, such as Russian Olives, are still fully leafed out. Last year at this time, we had snow on the ground. The deer have begun to come down into town from the upper elevations, which is a sure sign fall is here.
