There are more trees with fall leaf colors. We are seeing lots of orange, yellow, red, and purple. There are more dead leaves on the ground crunching under our feet whenwe walk. We have had our first freeze and the weather is much cooler. We have seen squirrels getting nuts and we have seen geese flying south. We have seen deer in the fields in the early morning hours and the late evening hours. There is less daylight in the day now and the days are shorter.
