Two PreK and two kindergarten classes planted our Red Emperor tulip bulbs during a balmy stretch of fall weather. We planted at least 88 bulbs, one for each child. The children really enjoyed digging in the dirt. They showed a lot of respect and wonder for the bulbs. And many children expressed an interest in watering. Two kind mothers and a teacher helped the children.
