We put sticks with our name on it next to the planted bulb. We planted our tulip bulbs in dirt in a hexagon shaped garden. It was very cold and muddy out when we planted the tulip bulbs. We planted the bulbs with the pointy side up. I hope you all did place them that way! We loved planting the bulbs!
