We planted our tulips in the memorial garden of our school campus, which is located on the south east side of the campus. We took surface temperature readings of the garden which ranged from -4 to -1.6 degrees celcius. We also took surface temp reading of various spots of the campus and found the temperatures to be consistent with the garden. One group placed coffee grounds with their tulip bulb to see if this would affect the growth in a positive way.
