Today we planted another set of bulbs. This is our third planting because we want to find out if the time we plant the bulb affects the time of the emerging of the bulbs. We also planted 6 bulbs in microclimates ~ on the east side of school/by the building, on the west side of school/by the building, by our class A/C unit, near a rain gutter, in the woods by our tulip garden, and deep in the woods by our nature classroom. Each student is also going to plant 2 bulbs at home to compare with the emerging of the tulips in our school garden.
