Tulips PLANTED

Date: 11/14/2008

Number: 1

We were very late in planting our tulips this year. One of the two trees that we can call ours, died and had to be cut down. I had to wait until the tree was cut down and the tulip patch's dirt was turned over.
We planted over 90 bulbs, our largest undertaking. We included our age appropriate, autistic students this year. It was wonderful watching all of our students work together.
Let's hope that they will all grow. We now have 4 patches of tulips in 4 different areas in the front of our urban inner-city school.
