I was 13miles north Stockton Hill road,Kingman,AZ . 2miles east on Calle Cedral (open horse country). There was a brown or golden eagle eating a killed large black lab dog on the road. Golden color around the head and neck. No white was seen. Was about 3-4 feet tall, wing span when taking off was about 6-7 feet. I only took pictures with my cell phone. It left then came back and sat on a corner post. Took of again when we came back by.
