I saw an American Robin yesterday. It has been snowing here for the last week, very unusual. The robin was in my Rose bush eating the rose hips. I didn't think they came to this area until closer to spring time. It was a single robin I did not observe any other robins around. It was beautiful to see its bright rust coloured breast.
