January 1, 2 and 3, 2009 at 4:15 pm, hundreds of Robins, possibly all males, swooped in on our acre property and hung in the trees singing constantly for about 40 minutes. I've never seen robins in numbers like these in 25 years of living in this area or near it and never EVER in January.
