There are several thousand Robins wintering in a Christmas Tree Farm 3 miles north of Fremont. They all leave the area early each morning, foraging for food I assume, and return in waves late afternoon. I have not seen this before. Their cheerful singing is a pleasant but somewhat unusual sound during the winter months.
