First observed small flock on or around Jan 10th, repeated this weekend, some birds were singing. Appeared to be eating small berries from shrub-like plants. Also have been hearing people at work today talk about robin flock sightings around the local region. Does this indicate an early spring? Hard to imagine, last week we saw low temps of -20 to -24f, about 20" of snow on the ground.
