I have been seeing overwintering Monarchs off and on all winter. I currently have a small number of larva that have turned or are about to turn to chrysalis. I have sufficient food and nectar flowers still that are attracting them. We have had cold bursts and very warm conditions in a wave pattern. My milkweed plants are flowering and producing seed in some gardens while others are the food source. Most unusual winter so far.
