These robins were seen in Winfield last week (week of 1/18), Wichita last weekend (Jan.24)and Wednesday (1/28)over 100,000 were estimated on the west side of Lawrence, KS. This was taken from the Kansas Bird List serve. Movement surprising in the face of a really cold front. In Wichita it was 3 degrees with strong n winds; colder everywhere north and east. Of course they did manage to miss the bad ice to the south
