Yes, we have been having monarchs this winter. Altus came in at lunch yesterday and said there was a monarch flying around the front drive way. I got to the back door and watched a large male flying around and around over the few plants of blooming curassavica we have in our milkweed bed. Native milkweed will be up now as soon as we get a shower. It is VERY DRY where the monarchs will be crossing Texas starting in about six weeks ... very, very dry!!!
