We have overwintering robins in frigid Minneapolis, believe it or not! Today I saw one fluffed-up male perched in a tree on the bank of the Mississippi River. Back from my walk, I was thrilled to see another fluffy male land on the roof of my feeder. After an instant, he flew off. It's a clear, bright day with wind chills of about 10 below zero.
