It was approx. 4PM Sat. Jan. 31. Temperature was 45 degrees F, sunny, with strong WNW winds. Snow depth approx.1-1.5 ft. I was visiting my parents on West Rush Lake near Rush City. The robin was perched in a tree just outside the front door. I have to say we startled each other and the robin quickly flew off in a NW direction. I spotted the robin the following morning around 11:30 perched in the same tree. The bird appeared to be in good health (not thin).
