Several tulip plants have emerged. We have 12 students in our class and 7 tulip plants have emerged. We checked at about 2:15pm when it was 48 degrees F. We had 8 inches of snow last Wednesday, 2/4/09, and by this weekend when the snow had melted, our first tulips emerged. All of the students were excited. Mrs. E. McClintock
