TODAY second grade students at Morgan Elementary reported that many of their 100 tulip bulbs have emerged from the ground. We noticed that tulips on the south side of the sign were bigger. We concluded that the sun hits that side more and it is probably warmer on the south side than the north side. We welcome spring. We are having to make up snow days this year because of so many snow days.
