With temperatures finally reaching into the 50's we decided to take our first look at our tulip garden last Friday (2/20/09). With very close observation the students noticed about 5 tiny dark red tips beginning to poke through the soil. We will begin a graph of the number and height of the tulips next week to track how fast they grow. We are so excited to see that spring IS on it's way!
