Early Yellow Buttercup Daffodils and Russian Blue Crocus are up and in full bloom. The Cherry trees are in full bud and we are starting to see the light brown/red tint in the tress in the surrounding forest indicating the beginning of budding of the local softwoods. This followed an unusual warmish spell of the last 9 days with average highs running in the low 60s and lows in the high 30s.
