Although we are in Arizona, we are up in the mountains at about 7000 feet. We just had over a foot of snow two weeks ago, however, the last few days we have been having record heat for this time of the year. Today it was 68 degrees F where the tulips are planted and the snow has melted except for in the shady areas. The tulips are just poking through the ground today.
