What a brutal day. The temp was 12 degrees but had wind chill below zero, snowing, with North winds howling. I filled bird feeder in early morning. Along with my winter birds, cardinals,
chickdees, doves, blue jays and sparrows were 2 redwing black birds. I felt so bad for them they looked so cold facing into the blowing snow.
