Tulips EMERGED

Date: 03/06/2009

Number: 1

Our tulips are starting to emerge. We counted 13 today out of the 90 bulbs that our 3 classes had planted. It was rather unexpected because it had snowed last night, but the snow melted during the day. It was interesting to note that the emerging tulips were planted the farthest away from the building. We think that they may have received more sunlight. It is suppose to snow again this weekend so we wonder if any more tulips will emerge by Monday.
