Yesterday, March 6th, while outside near to Moreland-Dixon Rd. I heard what started as a single familiar call - that of the RED-WINGED BLACKBIRD. I followed the sound and was surprised to see a flock 200+ RWBB. Their calls were loud and persistent as they alternated between trees in the Moreland-Dixon Road valley.
Also seen along the road and flying in to check out the RWBB are at least 6 AMERICAN ROBIN.
