Midland has had constant snowcover and a frozen ground from mid-November until the first week in March. On March 5th and 6th, we had our first warm days of the year (in the mid-50's F). The tulips are barely emerged. In typical Michigan fashion, we're back to the low 40's F and are headed for highs in the 30's in the upcoming days.
