3/6/09 The third grade and kindergarten students at St. Francis Xavier School are excited to report that two green stems are emerging from the ground. They are still small at this point, but a definate sign of spring! We will observe daily, complete observation logs, and report back with updates.

Update: As of 3/10/09 We have many green stems now emerging. They are growing in size and number. We predict that more growth will be occurring over the next days. We will continue to observe.
