A movement in the water of my little pond proved to be a frog, he has made it through another winter! The ice totally melted from the pond over this past weekend and the water irises are pushing new green. Daylilies are beginning to sprout. Saw the first spider of the season dangling from the roof outside the porch door-the wren will be glad to get some fresh insects! Alot of crocuses now in bloom.
