Near dusk, temp. approx. 50, wet ground, 2 robins, appeared to be a pair, playing, starting mating rituals. Chasing, romping, etc. Another 2 robins, in a nearby tree, starting making bird calls. The pair on the ground, responed back. All 4 communicated for a while. Robins are regularly on my property during their season, it seems a bit early this year. But I've never actually tracked the dates. Just starting that this year.
