Our tulips emerged on March 5, 2009, but due to the snow and rain (lots of mud around our tulip beds) we were unable to go outside and observe them. We have four tulip beds planted and almost all of the tulips have emerged. Our temperatures this month have ranged from 16 degrees farenheit to 75 degrees farenheit. We have also had a front that produced our largest snowfall to date, and that totaled 6 inches. We have experienced the extreme end with temperatures that reached 75 degrees. Our tulips have emerged and are about 3 inches tall.
