We tapped three trees today and the sap was flowing quickly! (It has been warm for almost a week so I'm sure the sap started flowing much earlier than today.) We counted drips per minute to measure the rate of flow:

Tree #1: 120 drops/minute

Tree #2: 240 drops/minute!

Tree #3: 180 drops/minute
