On my drive home today from Simi Valley, upon entering the San Fernando Valley from the north west end of the valley on the 118 Freeway, I noticed the adult Painted Ladies migrating.

Exiting the freeway in Northridge, I noticed them all over the place flying through the air as they migrated north. They are out in abundance right now!
