Today we tasted delicious maple syrup which was very sweet and yummy. It looked light brown in color. It tasted even better with the pancakes that our teacher brought in. We had collected the sap from 5 trees in front our school. We then boiled the sap into the syrup.We measured the trees and our now waiting to see the first buds.It was very fun day!!!
