Sleek female rufous at the feeder 3:06pm, just as a rare burst of sunlight lit everything up. She obviously likes to make a grand entrance. Last year was really late, early April. The year before, early March. This one splits the difference.
A storm is coming in and the lights are flickering, so time to go.
