I saw my first adult Monarch butterfly today as I was getting in my car. It flew past at only 2 or 3 feet above the ground. I assumed it was because it was so tired from its long flight from Mexico. I was happy to see it. Our yard is covered in blooming azaleas and bridal wreath with other types of blooms scattered around. I also sighted our first hummingbird today. Spring is definitely here!
