After a VERY hard, cold winter I had the pleasure of hearing some activity in a nearby tree as I was going into work this morning. It sounded like a couple of robins fighting and rustling leaves as they apparantly wanted this old, tall evergreen for a nest. I was overjoyed as a robin shot out of the tree and buzzed right by my and then made a sharp turn back around and flew down the street. Even my jumping up and down beckoning all the children to look at the robin didn't delay this girl's purpose!
