Each March I look forward to my Hummers return. I document my first sightings in a journal. This year my first male arrived on 3/8/09 This will be my fourth summer here in Yacolt Wa. We live next to a river (East Fork of the Lewis) and the Roufus hummers love it here. I sometimes have as many as 20-30 at a time at my feeders.. could be more, very hard to count! It is still early(3/28), but have already had as many as 7 at a time.
