Spring arrived at Maple Grove this morning with the arrival of the first robin and the end of the annual maple syrup season. The normal production of maple syrup in Nova Scotia is down due to a very cold March. My production is one half of normal average. Will be watching for the arrival of our humming birds which arrive on or around the 15th of May each year.
