Our class went outside today at 12:50 ADT. Current temperature was 38F, and still windy. It felt colder than the last day. The tulip garden wasn't as frozen as Monday. Today, we could insert the scissors up to 13 cm into the soil. The minimum depth was 9 cm. The tulip bulbs are at 17 cm.
