Did you know that buds are coming out on birch trees in Palmer?RM 203 picked a birch tree to observe for leaf-out. It has a lot of leaf buds on the branches. JL estimates the leaves will be the size of a quarter on APril 30. Other predictions: April: 22, 24, ,24, 28, 26. May: 9 ,16, 19, 16, 16, 6, 16, 10, 18, 10, 2, 1, 21, 8, 30, 3, 7, and MR W thinks it will be May 5.
