First ruby throated hummingbird sightings. About 3:30 pm I noticed a gold finch sitting on the hummingbird feeder. Then a hummingbird approached, but flew away. A few minutes later a darker colored male hummingbird came to the feeder to drink. About 5 minutes later it returned to drink.
