Lake Titloe near Gaylord, Minnesota
"Recent winds and steady rain Tuesday wiped away a majority of the ice from Lake Titloe.
The March 31st “ice out” date is approximately ten days earlier than normal, according to The Gaylord Hub records.
A year ago, ice covered the lake until April 15th. It was one of the latest “ice out” dates in the past 30 years. According to Hub records, the earliest “ice out” date in the past few decades is March 7th."
